Cost information
Events on Tuesday / Thursday afternoon
- Cost per person: USD40
- What this includes: Meeting room (exc. AV requirements). Coffee break that includes biscuits, sodas, coffee, and sweet bread.
Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner or Cocktail inside the Conference Rooms
- Cost per person: USD40 + USD15 set up fee
- What this includes: Private breakfast, private lunch, private cocktail or private dinners cost USD55 total per person plus taxes and services. This is to cover the cost of setting-up a private event on a different part than a hotel restaurant. It applies to all days. If you wish to invite your guests to a hotel restaurant, it does not imply an extra cost, but it won’t be a private event.
Friday participant driven events
- Cost per person: USD40
- What this includes: Meeting room (exc. AV requirements). Coffee break that includes biscuits, sodas, coffee and sweet bread.
Please consider that if you organize a participant driven event on Friday, and you have attendees that are not sleeping at Paradisus hotel, you will need to cover a day pass to allow them to enter the hotel. A day pass is 75USD plus taxes and will include coffee break, lunch, and dinner (no alcoholic beverages).
Guests leaving on the 23rd of September, Check-Out Time is 12:00. All guests have breakfast included. We encourage all participants to stay at the Paradisus hotel in order to enjoy all the facilities, including the amazing beach.
