Why become an exhibitor?

Global exposure 

The Forum exhibition hall is the space where delegates come together. t It provides a great opportunity to showcase your work and publications to a broader, global audience and expand your networks. Take this opportunity to cultivate your existing relationships and form new ones.

Superb learning opportunities 

As an exhibitor, you will have access to and opportunity to contribute to all that is new in the field. You will receive the latest research/advocacy news and developments in the field and share information with some of the most well-respected organisations, researchers, activists, funders across the globe.  

Online exposure 

The Forum website has a dedicated page for exhibitors – offering you an even broader reach with interested folk not at the face-to-face event.     

Cost per exhibition stand: USD 1500

What does this include?

Attending conference sessions:

  • 3 x 2 metre stand
  • 2 people per stand
  • Teas and lunch for the duration of the conference

Please note that stand space is assigned on a first come, first paid basis. We are able to provide exhibition stands with a table and table cloth. Our conference organiser is able to assist with any design and printing for your stand.

If exhibitors booked accommodation at the Hotel Paradisus: Both exhibition stand delegates are able to attend the conference sessions. One conference pack will be provided per stand which can be shared by the exhibition stand delegates.

If exhibitors booked elsewhere and not the Hotel Paradisus: Registrations to attend conference sessions need to be paid for separately. Daily rates will apply – $85 per person per day or $110 per person per day including dinner. 

We request that there will be at least one person at the stand at all times.
